PSIMM was founded by two experienced business owners who understand the importance of networking and collaboration with like minded peers. Between them they have founded, co-founded and run five successful businesses.

Jerry began his career as a top sales professional for corporate America working for Mead Corporation. He quickly realized that he wanted the freedom that being an entrepreneur brings. His first business was as a real estate broker. Next he co-founded a commercial building business with sales of $2M+ annually.

  Jerry Simmons    

Jerry currently owns and operates Gerald Simmons and Associates a successfu 22 year-old construction consulting and home inspection business business. He also brings technical expertise to the table as a websites devloper, and reseller of web security certificates and web hosting.

Diane also began her career in corporate America. She worked in Human Resources for over 20 years. Prior to that, she co-founded two of Atlanta’s most successful restaurants, Provino’s and Scalini’s Italian Restaurants. She now operates Performance Strategies, Inc., a highly successful business offering assessments, coaching and training to organizations and individuals.

Prior to that, she enjoyed a brief career as an actress and model. She appeared in a movie, did runway, print modeling and voice overs. She appeared in many local commercials and one national commercial for Delta Airlines.

Diane earned a degree from Georgia State University in Psychology and holds the following certifications: Leaders Coaching Leaders Coach (LCL); Registered Corporate Coach (RCC), Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), Certified Professional Values Manager (CPVA), TriMetrix Certified and Certified Master Trainer.
